Andrew Kulman is a Principal Lecturer in Visual Communication at Birmingham City University. His area of interest is Graphic Art and visual narrative. He is a printmaker and illustrator with over 25 years of experience in illustration. He has taught in Colleges of Art and Universities across the UK and Europe. Most recently he taught at the National Institute of Design in India. He has worked with many magazines and design groups,
He gave a paper at the third Varoomlab symposium and is part of the team behind the Visionaries conference in Birmingham.
He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a Professor of Graphic Art.
